Buying

Whether you are a nervous first time buyer, or an experienced investor, we have extensive knowledge in buying both leasehold and freehold properties ranging from additional pieces of garden, to country estates. We will liaise with your sellers solicitor, the estate agent and your lender (if applicable) to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.

Selling

You may have a stand-alone sale, or be selling and buying a property. We will issue contract papers to your buyer's lawyer and deal with any enquiries, which may be raised. We will redeem any existing mortgages and settle the estate agents fees on your behalf, on completion.

Transfer of Equity

You may need to transfer your share in a property, to a co-owner, or a new owner following a separation, or for tax reasons. Such a transaction may involve the transfer of an existing.

Re-mortgage

If you are planning on re-mortgaging your home to release equity, or take advantage of a better interest rate, your lender will require you to instruct a lawyer to deal with the legal work, including discharging your existing mortgage and registering the new one. We will work quickly to ensure the re-mortgage happens when you need it.
