Catherine Fewings
Qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and started her conveyancing career with a local firm she had been articled to. After 3 successful years she moved on to a team managers role for a large national conveyancing firm. Staying on the Law Society roll she became a Licensed Conveyancer and took on the role of Legal/Compliance Manager, exposed to a wealth of conveyancing issues. Pooling her knowledge and experience with Pam Smith they set up Parklands Property Lawyers in 2005. To deepen her legal expertise she is has recently completed a post graduate diploma in Land Registration Law and Practice.
Pam Smith
I decided to specialise in property law and did my training at a local solicitors. I qualified as a licenced conveyancer in 1996. In 1997 I joined a national conveyancing firm, taking advantage of the many opportunities offered to develop conveyancing, managerial and IT skills in my role as a team manager. In 2005 I set up Parklands Property Lawyers with Catherine Fewings and have recently completed a post graduate diploma in Land Registration Law and Practice.
